TrainingYourRetriever.com shipping policy is to ship the items purchased the next business day after the purchase has been made. Items will be shipped via USPS ground unless otherwise noted. We may need to change shipping carriers for various items and we will let you know through email on what carrier will be used. For items that are out of stock, we will contact you regarding the situation via email. Free standard shipping is available on many of our items for purchases over $150.00. Heavy, large or other types of items that require special shipping charges will be noted on each corresponding item page. Our free shipping offer only applies to shipments made in the United States. Currently, we cannot ship outside of the United States and only accept orders for items being shipped within the United States. Orders placed for items outside of the United States will be issued a refund less any current fees charged by Paypal for the refund. All sales are final on clearance items. No returns or exchanges on clearance items.

From $.01 to $37.50 the standard shipping rate is $5.95
From $37.51 to $75.00 the standard shipping rate is $8.95
From $75.01 to $112.50 the standard shipping rate is $11.95
From $112.51 to $150.00 the standard shipping rate is $14.95
From $150.01 and up the standard shipping rate is $00.00
We strive to provide the best training products that are available on the market for purchase. Any warranty issues are handled directly through the manufacturer by the consumer. Any returns back to TrainingYourRetriever.com are to have prior approval before the return is made and must be accompanied with a receipt for all items purchased and being returned. Any shipping charges on returns from consumer and/or exchanges shipped out to consumer are to be paid by consumer. Any refunds issued will be made according to condition of item and packaging being returned and any refund will be returned in the manner the purchase was made. Items being returned must be in a new and resalable condition for full refund of item price. Shipping charges incurred on initial order will not be refunded and items purchased with free shipping will have the actual shipping charges deducted from the refund amount. It is the sole discretion of TrainingYourRetriever.com to determine the refund amount and resalable condition of returned items and if items qualify to be returned. Returned items that are damaged or have packaging damage will be handled on a case by case basis on the refundable amount upon inspection of items.
